DOORS 7PM
PREVIEWS/SHORTS 7:30PM
FEATURED SCREENING 8PM

The Annex is Little Berlin's new venue for a Zine Library and live events. Every monday night we bring new programs to the public.

Our first film screening is a brand new documentary. The Internet's Own Boy depicts the life of American computer programmer, writer, political organizer and Internet activist Aaron Swartz. It features interviews with his family and friends as well as the internet luminaries who worked with him. The film tells his story up to his eventual suicide after a legal battle, and explores the questions of access to information and civil liberties that drove his work. The work has been released under a Creative Commons 4.0 license.

After the screening we will have a short discussion about the issues raised in the film.

Attendance is free.
$5 for an endless bowl of popcorn and a PBR.
